Owner Dan Guidi commented:
“I was absolutely delighted with the entire process from planning stage right through the building works to completion.
“I was very impressed on meeting Terry Cuthill of his undoubted expertise, knowledge and ideas of the requirements of a modern community pharmacy. After discussions, I was delighted with the original plans drawn up.
Over several subsequent meetings, the original plans were tweaked in places and his co-operation during these developments was greatly appreciated.
“When Terry and his team started the building work, the meticulous planning really meant very little disruption to the daily running of the pharmacy. I really do have to compliment the whole team for their help, good nature, co-operation and absolutely first-class standard of workmanship throughout.
“As always in major refurbishments such as this, snagging issues arise from time to time but these were dealt with efficiently and with a minimum of fuss throughout.
“I am absolutely delighted with the end result and this has been reflected in the unanimous reaction of my patients and customers.
“I would have no qualms whatsoever about recommending RDC to my colleagues and I can honestly say that with over 40 years of experience in community pharmacy, my standards are quite exacting.”
David Donaghue, Managing Director of RDC, commented:
“We have an unparalleled reputation in Scotland for paying the utmost attention to detail in everything we do. Many of our clients comment on our foresight and ability to clearly understand the needs of pharmacy and how to translate that into forward thinking design.”
